This course prepares students to become specialists in furniture and object design, global design, service design, Internet of Things design, design of interior spaces, stage design, creation of cultural spaces, environments and urban spaces.

A state-registered double qualification*

LISAA course validates two fields of expertise, in interior architecture and in design, with a double degree, state-registrered* level I qualification.

The Interior Architecture & Design course takes place over 5 years or 4 years after a foundation year (MANAA). It offers a specialisation in global design, service design or connected design from the 4th year on. It allows to complete a bachelor at the end of the 3rd year. Students can enter in 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year.

A course recognised by the professionals

Thanks to numerous partnerships with companies in the industry, and a teaching staff made up of architecture and design professionals, LISAA is widely renowned, notably by the Ministry of Culture and Communications and also by UNAID (French National Union of Interior Architecture Designers).

Course also available in Paris, Rennes, Nantes and Strasbourg.

* Qualification in Interior Architecture - Design from IDAA-LISAA NSF 233n - level 1 (FR), 7 (EU), registered on the French Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP), decree published 26th September 2016 in the official journal of 4th October 2016.

Entry Requirements & Application

Admission is subject to both the presentation of a file and an oral interview. The interview allows a discussion about the candidate's background and ambitions. The objective is to to gauge his motivation and the potential of his or her academic profile to suit the specificities of a profession in interior architecture and design. Students can join in at the beginning of every year.
