Processing of personal data In order to offer you the best possible experience, high-quality informative content, access to specific information such as resources (application brochure and form, online registration), you may be required to fill out forms. The information collected is then subject to computer processing which is necessary in order to ensure sales and marketing follow-up.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, amended in 2004, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete your personal data collected on the LISAA website. You can exercise this right by sending an email to info-at-lisaa.com.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25th May 2018, defines the principles to be observed when collecting, processing and storing personal data. It also guarantees the rights of the people concerned.

Aim

The collection of personal data is carried out in order to allow the transmission of additional or personalised information on programmes or commercial offers from LISAA and the Studialis-Galileo network, and/or to allow online registration for these programmes, and to be contacted by one of our advisors to assist you in your enrolment for one of our programmes.

The aim of all of our forms is either a contact or registration request (event or online registration), or a request for resources (brochure, application, etc.) and to collect information about your identity (name, phone number, email address) and information about your academic level (language, qualifications, grant allowance level, etc.) as part of the online application.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, information relating to the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, health or sex life of a person are not collected and are prohibited (sensitive data).

The information collected is for the exclusive use of LISAA and schools in the Studialis-Galileo network.

Rights of the people (articles 16 to 20 of the GDPR)

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, all persons can exercise their right to access, rectify, oppose, limit processing, delete and obtain a copy of the data concerning them by making such a request in writing, signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document at the address of the head office of LISAA.

Unsubscribing from our emails: At any time, you can unsubscribe from the emails we send you to inform you of school events (such as open days and admission days) and school life, by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email.

In accordance with the French Computing and Civil Liberties Law (data privacy), you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you, which will be kept for 30 days. To exercise this right, write to us at info-at-lisaa.com.

You may object to the retention of this recording during the call or by sending an email to info-at-lisaa.com with your surname, first name, telephone number and the reason for your request.
