This course prepares students to become specialists in textile design. They will learn how to create colour and fabric ranges from their research and will create textile design collections.

A CREATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL COURSE

Fashion and textile designers will be capable of choosing materials and dyeing methods adapted to their creations and will present their collections to professionals during the showroom presentations and catwalk shows.

Thanks to a teaching staff made up of recognised professionals, and numerous partnerships with prestigious companies in the fashion industry, LISAA is widely renowned, notably by the Ministry of Culture and Communication.

The Fashion Design/Textile Design course takes place over three years. Students can join in at the beginning of every year (1st, 2nd or 3rd year).

This course also exists in Paris.

Admission is subject to both the presentation of a file and an oral interview. The interview allows a discussion about the candidate's background and ambitions. The objective is to to gauge his motivation and the potential of his or her academic profile to suit the specificities of a profession in fashion. Students can join in at the beginning of the 1st or 2nd year.

Illustration workshop hosted at the Vilnius Design School
From 11th to 14th April, Corelia Pinault, Director of Studies for the Fashion Design BTS at LISAA Nantes, was invited by the Vilnius Design School (VDK/Lithuania) to lead a fashion illustration workshop to coincide with the international week at this partner school.
