INTERNATIONAL
Paris. Each year at the beginning of term, the teaching team organises a welcome party for international students. Throughout the year, cultural and social activities take place, including museum visits and excursions in Paris.
A welcome booklet has been published in French and English to help you settle in as well as possible.
STUDENT OFFICE
Students have elected student unions in each city in which LISAA’s schools are situated. They regularly organise student evenings and outings in order to mix students from different years and courses together. Make sure you don’t miss out on meeting them – they can also give you good advice to help you settle in.

You don’t have a guarantor living in France? Studapart can replace your guarantor over the whole duration of your stay. A guarantor is a person bringing financial security and attesting you are creditworthy. It’s difficult to rent a place in France without a French guarantor. In most cases, student residences and landlords require that your guarantor earns income in France. You can get the Studapart Guarantee directly on the platform and add it to your rental application to find accommodation on LISAA platform or anywhere else!
If you are studying at LISAA Nantes, you have access to the Estudines halls of residence, which offers furnished and equipped apartments.
PERSONAL HELP FOR ACCOMMODATION
In order to benefit from personalised help with accommodation, you will need a certificate of school attendance which you must include in your application to be submitted to the Caisse d'allocations familiales (family allowance department). You can ask for this from your school’s administration office.
BANK
LISAA has entered into a partnership with the Caisse d’épargne savings bank, which offers a very advantageous interest rate to French students only. Find out more at the school when you come for your interview or enrolment.
A branch dedicated to international students enables accounts to be opened remotely.
