Emma Marga Blanche, Design of the Year winner at the ELLE Decoration Swedish Design Awards
Emma Marga Blanche, LISAA Rennes graduate and Swedish-based interior designer and designer, won the Design of the Year Award at the ELLE Decoration Swedish Design Awards 2019 on 4th February with her partner Fredrick Färg.
A Franco-Swedish collaboration
Emma Marga Blanche graduated in Interior Architecture and Design from LISAA Rennes in 2006. She founded the creative studio Färg & Blanche together with Fredrick Färg in 2010.
Known for her experimental approach, Emma Marga Blanche works across various fields and collaborates with renowned Scandinavian furniture brands.
She also produces limited-edition works of art for galleries worldwide. Her sense of experimentation with materials and production methods, especially textiles, is reflected throughout her work.
SOLID RECOGNITION
Emma Marga Blanche and Fredrick Färg have already received numerous awards, including the 2014 FORM+1 Award for Best Product at the Stockholm Furniture Fair, the 2013 Sköna Hem Best Product Award and the ELLE Young Talent Award for Decoration in 2009.
