The Secret Life of Pets, the animated film directed and produced by the French studio Illumination Mac Guff came out in cinemas in France at the end of July. Featured in the credits are 13 graduates from the LISAA School of Animation & Video Games Paris. Just last year fifteen graduates were involved in the film Minions.

The presence of our graduates in large scale productions reinforces our point of view that the courses taught at LISAA correspond to the demands of recruiters.

Joan Da Silva, director of LISAA Animation & Video Games Paris

Passionate teaching staff, incredibly involved talented professionals and a continuous calling into question of its courses result in the Parisian school being able to see its former students flourish in ambitious companies in France and abroad. “The presence of our graduates in large scale productions such as Minions and The Secret Life of Pets this year reinforces our point of view that the courses taught at LISAA correspond to the demands of recruiters and push us to always go further in their professionalization,” explains Joan Da Silva, director of LISAA Animation & Video Games.

A considerable number of LISAA Paris animation graduates are employed at Illumination Mac Guff, Universal Pictures’ animated film production company, where they work on two or three feature films at any one time.
