This course enables students in full-time education and active professionals to join key businesses in the fashion and luxury industry by bringing together distance learning with professional activity. It prepares them to become fashion and luxury management specialists: they will discover the range of different aspects of the international fashion industry, from designing a collection and organising a business, to managing a brand, communication, e-commerce and e-communication.

ACQUIRING HIGH-LEVEL SKILLS IN MARKETING & MANAGEMENT

The fashion and luxury sectors are today at the forefront of mastering and developing new marketing techniques and strategic management of brands.

LISAA, one of the very first fashion schools in Paris, with a strong international dimension, offers a distance-learning course specialising in these techniques via two major centres of expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of the fashion and luxury industries, from technical knowledge of clothing to trend analysis, via the history of fashion.
  • Brand management techniques through an applied approach, from financial analysis and business strategy to the most up-to-date branding approaches and brand communications.

FULL-TIME OR CONTINUING EDUCATION

This course takes place over two years and is aimed at students in full-time education who have already completed a bachelor’s-level qualification, as well as active professionals. The latter category may be creatives wishing to discover the operational professions in luxury and fashion groups, but also marketers in all industries wishing to improve their skills with innovative approaches.

STUDYING WHILST WORKING THROUGH E-LEARNING

The Luxury and Fashion Management course is a distance-learning course, on a dedicated e-learning platform. It allows students to study management and marketing whilst acquiring professional experience within a company.

The course allows students to follow one or several certified internships over two years, to undertake a sandwich course work placement and also to be employed full-time in a long or short-term contract (by way of classes to be attended in person at LISAA School of Fashion Paris). An exceptional opportunity that allows students to widen their professional knowledge and skill set.

Students come to meet the teaching staff each year for four weeks of seminars led by experts in fashion and luxury marketing and management, at LISAA Fashion Paris. The course starts from October or January onwards.

Thanks to a teaching staff made up of recognised professionals in the fashion industry, and numerous partnerships with prestigious companies, this course is widely renowned.

Each student benefits from individual monitoring for the creation of their professional project and for finding a work placement. A database of more than 1000 job and internship offers per year allows students to find internships or jobs that live up to their expectations. A large number of them find work in the major luxury fashion houses, department stores or in specialist agencies.

Entry Requirements & Application

This course is available to various student profiles (lawyers, languages experts, business students, psychologists and sociologists...). The candidates must have an undergraduate degree (bachelor). The students who graduated from a BTS (French national diploma) must have a work experience.
