On this course, students will create garment and accessory designs, devise ready-to-wear and “designer” collections, and present them at catwalk shows and show rooms, in front of professionals.

Thanks to a teaching staff made up of recognised professionals in the fashion industry, and numerous partnerships with prestigious companies in fashion design, LISAA is widely renowned, notably by the Ministry of Culture and Communications. LISAA is ranked 4th best private school in Fashion by professionals (L'Étudiant 2018).

STATE-REGISTERED QUALIFICATION*

The Fashion Design/Pattern Making course takes place over three years. The first year is shared with all Bachelor courses at LISAA Fashion Paris: Fashion and Textile Design, Fashion Design/Pattern Making and Fashion Design & Business Bachelor’s. At the end of the first year, students choose the pathway in which they are most suited. Students can join in at the beginning of every year (1st, 2nd or 3rd year).

Graduates are awarded a *qualification in Fashion Design and Pattern Making - IDAA-LISAA, NSF 242n - level 6 (EU) II (FR), listed on the French Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP), decree of 27/12/2018 published in the official journal of 04/01/2019.

Entry Requirements & Application

Admission is subject to both the presentation of a file and an oral interview. The interview allows a discussion about the candidate's background and ambitions. The objective is to to gauge his motivation and the potential of his or her academic profile to suit the specificities of a profession in fashion. Students can join in at the beginning of every year (1st, 2nd or 3rd year).
